নগর শপ হলো একটি বিশেষায়িত ফ্যাশন ব্র্যান্ড, যা জীবনধারা এবং মানসম্পন্ন উন্নয়নের আইটেমগুলির উপর মনোযোগ দেয়। কোম্পানিটি ২০১৮ সালে বাংলাদেশে কার্যক্রম শুরু করে। এছাড়াও, আমরা ২০২০ সাল থেকে আমাদের অনলাইন কার্যক্রম শুরু করেছি। কোম্পানির প্রতিষ্ঠার পিছনে দর্শন হলো ফ্যাশন জীবনধারার ক্ষেত্রে একটি জাতীয় ব্র্যান্ড হিসেবে নিজেদের প্রতিষ্ঠা করা।

এই পথচলা শুরু হয়েছিল বি২বি (B2B) এবং বি২সি (B2C) উভয় ক্ষেত্রেই বিভিন্ন ট্রেড চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে ফ্যাশন আইটেম বিক্রির মাধ্যমে।
